Delete your account
Dirty Turf Academy members can start an account-deletion request inside the web, iPhone, or Android app. The same process applies on every platform.
Request in the app
- Open Dirty Turf Academy and sign in with your membership email.
- Open Settings.
- Under Privacy and account, choose Request account deletion.
- Review the notice and confirm the request.
Email alternative
If you cannot sign in, email Dirty Turf support at [email protected] from the address attached to the account. State that you want the Dirty Turf Academy account deleted. Support may ask you to verify control of the email before processing the request.
What is deleted
After identity and workspace ownership are reviewed, Dirty Turf removes the member login and personal profile and deletes or anonymizes personal Academy activity where it is not required to preserve the integrity of a shared discussion or business record.
Private field records owned only by the requesting member are deleted. Shared company records are transferred to an authorized company owner or separated from the personal account before the login is removed.
What may be retained
Limited billing, tax, fraud-prevention, support, security, and audit records may be retained when required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal rights. Provider backups expire on their normal retention schedule and are not used to restore a deleted account.
Timing and access
The account remains usable while the request is reviewed unless it is separately suspended. Support will confirm completion or contact you if ownership, active billing, or shared-company data requires action first.
